Sheila Lyons joined Belmar Oakland as Business Office Manager in January 2026, bringing more than 17 years of senior living experience. She is passionate about supporting residents and families while helping create a welcoming, resident-focused community.


Nina Brahimi:

Nina Brahimi joined Belmar Oakland as Wellness Director in January 2026, bringing more than 19 years of healthcare experience, including 11 years as a nurse. She is passionate about person-centered care and promoting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents every day.


Kelly Roncelli-Valenza:

Kelly Roncelli-Valenza’s passion for senior living was inspired by the close relationship she shared with her grandparents. She is dedicated to helping seniors and families find the care, support, and community that best fit their needs.


Carrie Davis:

Carrie Davis has dedicated her career to long-term care FOR 30 YEARS. SINCE 1996 SHE HAS BEEN serving in roles including social worker, business development professional, Certified Advance Directive Facilitator, and Nursing Home Administrator. She is passionate about resident-centered leadership and fostering a supportive environment where residents can thrive.
